This was a little project I started as I was experimenting with a Model Merge that was shared by mastermind inner reflections. Its a Wan Vace | Phantom model merge allowing VACE to have no strength of the phantom embeds which improves character consistency and prompt adherence. I was working with 3 different characters across over 20 shots. Some difficult scenes involved characters crossing in front of each other, which caused the characters to try to morph switch. I used Flux Kontext and Qwen to make the severance rooms out of clay. Custom Controlnet setup that blends Line art with Pose to help tell Wan how the camera moves. Finished in AE. Done in a couple of days using my local 5090 PC with comfy ui.
