Eight 4K animations created for the
Salesforce lobby in Dublin.
Their characters were transformed
into puffy, fluffy clouds drifting
through the sky.

Anything inside ComfyUI.
Draft 3D animations were created and
comped in After Effects against cloud
plates, then used as input for AI motion
and style transfer.
The final renders were brought back
into After Effects, where additional
3D elements were composited into the
scenes using newly generated depth maps.
A strong example of using AI as part of
a real production pipeline — not as a
prompt slot machine or credit vacuum.
A one-day exploration of Bernini’s Video Edit model, running locally on an RTX 5090.
For this test, I remixed several classic shots from The Matrix using “The NeoBorg,” a custom character reference built from a detailed character sheet. The sheet gave Bernini enough visual information to maintain the character across multiple camera angles and scene setups.
The model feels surprisingly flexible, with strong prompt adherence and promising motion-transfer behavior. Character motion transfer is only one possible use case, but this first round opened up a lot of ideas for future experiments.
Created with ComfyUI and Bernini.

Reference images were interpreted and
regenerated, then processed through an
optimized LTX 2.3 workflow.

An experiment using Wan2.1 Mocha inside Comfy Ui, to replace the model with an anatomical skeleton model. It uses advanced masking techniques and Pose controlnet to work its magic.
Adobe After Effects to Edit and Color Correction and Finish
Created in Comfy Ui, Locally on a PC with a 5090.
The Severance Epic Dance scene in clay.
This was a little project I started as I was experimenting with a Model Merge that was shared by mastermind inner reflections. Its a Wan Vace | Phantom model merge allowing VACE to have no strength of the phantom embeds which improves character consistency and prompt adherence. I was working with 3 different characters across over 20 shots. Some difficult scenes involved characters crossing in front of each other, which caused the characters to try to morph switch. I used Flux Kontext and Qwen to make the severance rooms out of clay. Custom Controlnet setup that blends Line art with Pose to help tell Wan how the camera moves. Finished in AE.
Done in a couple of days using my local 5090 PC with comfy ui.
This project was just for fun and for learning these new tools.
We Are Activated is an experiment in high detail and character consistency leveraging the Wan 2.2 Animate model in Comfy Ui. Completely generated in one day using Comfy Ui // Wan2..2 Animate // V2V locally with one Pc
Exploration in how far I can push live action details with character consistency using ComfyUi with Wan 2.2 Animate V2V together with clever prompting and character design.
Comfy Ui | Wan2.2 Animate | V2V | RTX5090
Finishing, editing and color correction in AE.
The Motorist is an action sequence of a high speed motorcycle chase scene. Completely generated in one day using Comfy Ui // Wan2.1 14B // I2I locally with one Pc
Exploration in how far I can push each live action based, fast action scenes using ComfyUi with Wan 2.1 I2V together with clever prompting.

Animals practicing Tai chi in nature Series.
Comfy Ui | Stable Diffusion 1.5 | Controlnet | Segment Masking | IP Adapters | AnimDiff
This set up is taking advantage of the newly released Animate LCM that dramatically speeds things up by reducing the sampling steps needed.
The background and characters come to life via the IP Adapters and Prompts from just still images. Its all comes together in the first pass, creating shadows, reflections, animating the ambient details such as the ocean waves and creek water.

Inspired by these stylish longboard Skaters, I wanted to put some shots through some of the Comfy Ui Workflows I have been building. Created a quick edit in Ae, some light rotoscoping of each shot and got to designing a look for these in Comfy.

Inspired by the incredibly talented dance choreography from @ztato and her crew. I created this dance video to the thumping beats from this awesome Afro/French band I love, Tshegue - Na Boyi.
Created using SD1.5 in Comfyui. IpAdapters and Loras are assisting with the look and character design, Controlnet is dialing and capturing the movement and environments, Upscaled to HD with A1111. Edited and finished in AE.

CyborgLab - Test#X245
The cyborgs are back!
Testing out a new Comfy Ui Workflow I created to gain separate influence and control of the character and background. Based on Segmentation masking, separate Ip Adapters and Controlnet for the video input and consistency. For me, it is about bringing the Comfy workflow and the power of Stable diffusion into a usable and realistic production pipeline.
